Privacy Policy

Growch ("Growch", "we", "us") is a platform that helps fitness and wellness coaches ("trainers") manage their clients — workout and nutrition programs, check-ins, progress tracking, and communication. This policy explains what information we collect through the Growch website, trainer dashboard, and client mobile app, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account — as a trainer or as a client invited by your trainer — we collect your name, email address, phone number, and country.

Fitness and health information. To provide the service, trainers and clients enter fitness-related information into Growch: workout and nutrition programs, check-in responses, body measurements, and progress photos or videos a client chooses to upload. This information is entered voluntarily by you or your trainer as part of using the app.

Communications. Messages exchanged between a trainer and their client within the app, along with any files, images, or documents attached to those messages.

Device and usage information. Standard technical information such as IP address, device type, and app version, collected automatically to keep the service reliable and secure.

Push notifications. If you enable notifications, we store a device token used solely to deliver notifications to your device (e.g., when your trainer sends a message or assigns a new program).

How we use this information

• To operate the core service — connecting trainers with their clients, and delivering programs, check-ins, and messages between them.
• To send you notifications you've opted into (new messages, program updates, reminders).
• To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the platform.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see your information

If you're a client, the fitness, health, and communication data described above is visible to the trainer you're connected with — that visibility is the core purpose of the service. It is not visible to other trainers or other clients.

We use third-party infrastructure providers (for hosting, data storage, and backups) who process data on our behalf under their own security obligations, strictly to operate Growch — they do not use your data for their own purposes.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Kashier. Card details are entered on Kashier's secure checkout and are never stored on Growch's servers. Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Your rights below).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between your device and our servers. Access to stored data is restricted to what's needed to operate the service. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Deleting your account. Clients can delete their account at any time directly in the app, from Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your login, personal details, progress photos, and notification token, and stops any auto-renewal. Records your trainer needs for their own business (such as past payment records) are kept in anonymized form, no longer linked to your identity.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. If you're a client, some information may need to be requested through your trainer, since it's created and managed as part of your coaching relationship with them.

Children's privacy

Growch is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
